You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to StoryNote. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

3. AI-Generated Content

Images and videos generated through the Service are created using third-party AI providers. You may use AI-generated content in accordance with the respective provider's terms. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of AI-generated content.

4. Credits

The Service operates on a credit system. Credits are consumed when generating content. Purchased credits are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to modify credit pricing and costs at any time with reasonable notice.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Service

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

7. DMCA

If you believe content on StoryNote infringes your copyright, please contact us with a detailed DMCA takedown notice. We will respond to valid notices in accordance with applicable law.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, StoryNote shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
